Pauline is strong and feisty and she does not ‘suffer fools gladly’. She describes herself as idiosyncratic, opinionated and admits to being overly picky.
She’s now a dance teacher, but had a promising music career in the early 90s that saw her achieve a top ten single with Kylie Minogue. She claims she told The Voice UK coach that her songs were ‘s**t’ while they were on tour together.
Pauline likes that she’s strong willed, ‘if I say something, I’ll stick to it’. She also claims to be a good listener, but will fly off the handle if things don’t go her own way or if someone calls her a liar.
Her son is the most important person in her life and says they ‘only fall out if he brings home a girl for the night’. Her all time idol is Maya Angelou whose poetry helped her come to terms with her ethnicity when she was a youth: ‘Her strong words empower black women and give them a sense of purpose’.
Within her friendship group, Pauline’s the ‘opinionated joker that’s loved and adored by all’. She thinks she’ll be ‘the old prankster’ of the Big Brother house, claiming she has the potential to not only cause a stir, but to win: ‘What’s not to like about Jazzy P?’
She has a phobia of anything out of the sea, red meat and would be mortified if asked to rap in public.
Turning the big 5-0 while on Big Brother, she thinks the show will be a great opportunity to show the public what older women are made of.
I just read that BB did caution Pauline but did not air it – thus the reason she is quieter.

I can’t wait to see Pauline’s face tonight when she gets evicted; I hope she has learnt something from her experience and know how to to treat others. As for Toya – i really hope she is next to go…she is one of the most boring, miserable, characters ever…continually shouting at Christopher, doesn’t give him a chance to talk. She really believes that by always saying “i always say it to their face” makes her assertive or interesting…Toya needs to get a personality…I then look forward to see how Helen behaves herself as I know she definitely has been warned by Big Brother

The public made their choice and the best one too the obnoxious vile dare I say human being is out thank God the next to go should be toya it seems one of the power pair will also be up for eviction next Friday so lets hope she,s next to leave and as for the Bolton has been BB should take the final pass away from her and she should go to in 65 years I have never heard or seen such appalling bullying of others they should all be ashamed of themselves.

@Wally Ash’s face was funny last night, “Well what did you do that for.” I thought it was the funniest thing ever come out of his mouth then afterwards, why what did you do? She did not have to air it last night did she? looking for more work?
@Christina I also liked his expression when She quite Innocently added ” It was my job”, Absolutely priceless ? The thing is She has been so vocal in denigrating other HMs calling them by the some of the foulest things Ive heard on BB ? Payback time me thinks, bring it on ! :tongue:
@Wally yes so two faced pot calling kettle black. That is what got me so annoyed when she told Kim about the shower, I thought how can some one who has done (she did say bits about something last night, so not just assumptions but out of her own mouth). Tell someone else about morals etc, double standards.
Could this be a ploy for more stories when out I wonder? Not for anyone else’s benefit me thinks, just for her.

@Christina I think your absolutely Spot on ! I have been ranting at my TV screen about the way She is so disrespectful of others, & Her treatment of Jale was a total disgrace, it so reminded me of the shocking treatment meated out by the late Jade Goodie & Her Scumbag mates ? I really dont like watching all this Hate for No reason at all ? I also think your so right about a follow up book deal ! :happy: :up:
When will this deluded woman take on board the reality check, that her behaviour to certain housemates is unacceptable in a civilised society. Hasn’t once apologized for her actions towards Jale Chris & Christopher. Even her son & nephew seemed embarrassed by her.

Although Pauline conducted herself in a poor manner, I actually can now see were she was coming from. Does anyone remember the episode were Jale used Helen’s lipstick without asking and when Helen said thats mine she said I’m sorry I didn’t know. That should tell you there are some irritating things about Jale’s character that Pauline picked up earlier on then most. How can you use some randoomers lipstick thats unhygienic. Plus lets be honest BB was fond of airing the scenes were Pauline was having ago at Jale and concentrated on that for the whole week as if nothing else was going on in the house. People cant be naive and say Pauline was a complete bully there is a reason why she only had an issue with Jale and its not just about the Chicken remember Pauline also was suspicious of Kimberly and warned Steven and now everyone doesn’t really like Kim so just think maybe Pauline saw things and experienced things we the viewers could not due to the selective airing of particular scenes.

I think Pauline was misrepresented on the show. She is a 49 year old woman and should know how to behave and present her arguments in a more civil manner. But you cannot ignore the fact BB failed to show how Pauline made many people in the house laugh, she cooked for everyone and settled arguments. Yes she did behave childishly with Jale but Jale didn’t try to make friends at the beginning or explain herself at all. We can see how disharmonious the house became when Pauline left and how everyone was sad when she left so obviously she did have a positive impact on the show despite her issues with Jale. We the viewers don’t know everything the fact that all were touched when she lefts speaks volumes. I wish she had given Jale a chance at the beginning but its a shame she went so early on I think she had more to learn plus offer. I would also like to know why you think Pauline was the worst housemate in the history of BB and in your argument please take in to consideration what I have said plus how she added positively to the house.
@K I don’t mean to palm you off on this one because I really do enjoy a debate and I do especially enjoy when someone is as articulate and forthcoming with their opinions as you are (they are too few and far between).
But I would rather spend my time on here discussing the housemates who are still there.
