Pauline is strong and feisty and she does not ‘suffer fools gladly’. She describes herself as idiosyncratic, opinionated and admits to being overly picky.
She’s now a dance teacher, but had a promising music career in the early 90s that saw her achieve a top ten single with Kylie Minogue. She claims she told The Voice UK coach that her songs were ‘s**t’ while they were on tour together.
Pauline likes that she’s strong willed, ‘if I say something, I’ll stick to it’. She also claims to be a good listener, but will fly off the handle if things don’t go her own way or if someone calls her a liar.
Her son is the most important person in her life and says they ‘only fall out if he brings home a girl for the night’. Her all time idol is Maya Angelou whose poetry helped her come to terms with her ethnicity when she was a youth: ‘Her strong words empower black women and give them a sense of purpose’.
Within her friendship group, Pauline’s the ‘opinionated joker that’s loved and adored by all’. She thinks she’ll be ‘the old prankster’ of the Big Brother house, claiming she has the potential to not only cause a stir, but to win: ‘What’s not to like about Jazzy P?’
She has a phobia of anything out of the sea, red meat and would be mortified if asked to rap in public.
Turning the big 5-0 while on Big Brother, she thinks the show will be a great opportunity to show the public what older women are made of.

Fave so far, more real than the others and that was good desicion choosing Matthew he was a complete dick in his vt even more so than the others. It was right what she said about believing that everybody has something to give you just have to get them in the right place loved that made Matthew look like an immature little d**k in comparison!
Ugh, cannot stand this woman at all. She has shown in the last couple of nights that she is a complete gossip and also forms judgement of people far too quickly. Yet she had the guts to lecture Matthew on not being too intolerant and judgemental? “I’ve learned over the years not to be judgementa”. HA, well as far as I can see, you are a walking contradiction on that one Pauline. You said something, but your actions say something completely different.
Just seen tonight’s show definitely not my fave any more just goes to show first appearances can be deceiving!

They definitely can, exactly why immediate opinions shouldn’t be formed on housemates after a 30 second VT. You can never really know anyone until you have seen full footage of them 24/7 which we don’t get with Big Brother . Plus certain pieces of footage can be manipulated to make the viewer’s react in a the way Big Brother wants them to. Beware of all this before judging a feud exploding or contestant walking out because not all footage gets shows as it should.

Yes, she was very two faced and bitchy. It almost looks like indirect, subtle bullying without the person’s knowledge it is happening to them. What is it with people and the way they judge someone so visciously just because they’re a bit different to the usual? It really is a pet heeve of mine :straight:
Well she’s certainly got her favourites hasn’t she? Which wont do her any favours with the others. I’m now concerned that what with her “tittle tattle” against Chris, she will pick him as the “killer nomination” :down: I hope not 🙁
I look forward to seeing that smirk wiped off her face when Jale is saved on Friday.

I have a funny feeling you will be wrong on that one, Danielle and Tamara are both strong housemates and come much more into the spotlight unlike Jale. She is just far too dull, lifeless and most importantly of all, downright lazy.

She’s never amused me at all. The way she sat back when everyone was shown the clip of her voting for killer anomination,she thought she was something she isn’t. She really does makey skin crawl, she doesn’t even know everyone in there but the power went to head and chose who she wanted to be pally pally with. Get Pauline out!!

Fully agreed with you on that one Pat. Both Pauline & Helen are such gossiping, two faced, hard as nails little jacka****. Danielle’s facial expressions last night were hilarious to watch, you saw her character switch completely, but it was great to see her finally saying what she saw and what she had tried keeping to herself. It showed assertiveness and someone with backbone.

This woman should be evicted for bullying. She rants rubbish, lies through her teeth and is positively scarey, not to mention not listening to a word anyone else has to say. Nasty!
Her only followers in the house are those with one brain cell. Watch that change now they realise she’s not popular with the public. Kharma sucks!
Terrible attitude, horrific behaviour and complete bully. She’s being messing up since day 1 and I can’t wait to see the back of her next week.
Earlier I was thinking maybe she suffers from bipolar or something related with her mood swings, especially the one with Jale yesterday morning but there’s no excuse for her antics and she really does deserve what she gets. If this is what she’s like after only a week I don’t want to imagine what she’d be like for longer (if not found out unlike tonight) or even worse in real life.
Extremely manipulative, immature, vile and a horribly patronising is all that comes to mind. The way she’s treated Chris, Christopher & Jale is horrible. And all her little Goonies are just as bad.
There’s twisting and playing a game but the ways she’s acting is completely different. There’s something deeply wrong and worrying about this woman. Good ridance.
