Perez Hilton is the infamous blogger behind PerezHilton.com, one of the biggest celebrity gossip websites on the internet. It has proven controversial for its often abrasive tone and outing of gay stars.
Since he begun blogging in 2004, Perez has become something of a celebrity in his own right, landing guest roles in shows such as America’s Next Top Model, Victorious, Glee and Hot In Cleveland.
In 2007, he had his own VH1 show named What Perez Sez; four years later he came to the UK in ITV2’s Perez Hilton Superfan, which saw him gain insight in to the lives of big names such as Katy Perry and Kelly Rowland.
However, with his fame came a string of celebrity feuds. In June 2009, Perez filed a lawsuit against The Black Eyed Peas’ manager for allegedly punching him in the face after he called Will.i.am a “f***ing faggot”.
More recently he fell out with former friend Lady Gaga. In August 2013, one of the ‘Bad Romance’ singer’s fans informed her on Twitter that they’d spotted Perez at her apartment building, leading to claims that he was stalking her. Perez later insisted he was only looking for a new place to live and that he was unaware Gaga lived there. Other names to have clashed with him include Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande.
Perez is modest about his public perception. He says: “I have notoriety or infamy more than celebrity. I am probably more disliked than I am liked, and that is fine. I’m still in the Big Brother house and I love my life.”
The 36-year-old – real name Mario Lavandeira – signed up to CBB following his milestone tenth year of blogging because he wants people to “become invested in me as a person”. “That’s why Kim Kardashian is successful, the people who like her really like her,” he observes. “I want to be working in another ten years and to do that you need fans.
“I don’t have fans, I have readers and I don’t have a lot of likability. I’m not viewing it as a game, I’m viewing it as fun and I’m going to be myself.”
Perez says he’ll let viewers decide whether he’s a nice person, but accepts that he probably won’t win, laughing: “Only one American has won and that happened last season, so the chances of it happening two seasons consecutively are very slim. Having said that, anything is possible!”

Lots of follow fashions on here: perez is being builled like gary busey was. Perez should win based on entertainmenf factor alone. He hasnt killed any babies so why is he hated so much? Being annoying doesnt make u hated.
Why is everybody getting so angry over him, it’s obvious to me that he knows what the show is about, he know foremost it’s a game and has set his stall out to wind everybody up including the viewing public and it’s working.
I’m not saying I like the man but the show will be a lot duller without him.

Perez Hilton is a desperate, needy, narcissistic wannabee. He does remind me so much of Steven Goode in his desperate bid to be in the spotlight. But the trouble with the Perez’s of this world is that there is nothing of substance behind the facade. :down:

It’s getting very close to the point where I cannot watch CBb or this idiot any longer.
He’s making me feel quite ill with his behaviour.
He is just totally disgusting and very uncomfortable to watch especially when he makes obscene oral sex gestures with his tongue. I’m no prude but it is totally uncalled for and sickening. He’s done it so many times, Alexander was taunted with it by this creature when he had his tongue between the rabbit ears and now with katy at the debate table amongst numerous other times. Perez has little regard for anyone, especially women. He is highly offensive and I think BB should take issue with it.
Perez and Katie are just acting, they are in show business and are putting on an act for the audience, this is a game show. We shouldn’t take their actions seriously, they are being paid mega bucks for this. The trouble is they are now dominating the show and this repetitive sniping at each other is getting boring, we want to see more of the other housemates.

not only do I find big brother disgusting in the way it has been dealing with people in the house on one hand I find big brother correct but then for big brother not to issue perez with any warning saying he felt uncomfortable with chloe showing bottom but yet he parades around in see through pants and taunts people with his luid and disgusting taunts of behaviour and big brother finds it acceptable plus he has given several indirectable threats and still nothing big brother you should be ashamed and embarrassed that you treat him with no warnings

Sitting in his underpants while the eviction show was in progress was so inappropriate and I don’t know why he wasn’t called to the diary room by BB to discuss this. There seems to be very different rules in CBB to accommodate this idiot.
