James is best known for his role as a professional dancer on hit BBC One talent contest Strictly Come Dancing.

James began taking dance lessons at the age of 10. When he turned 15, he started competing in dance competitions, and by the time he was 21, James was a major finalist in all Open International Competitions and was ranked one of the best in the world.

James met his dancing partner and wife, Ola, at a dancing competition and was mesmerised by the way she danced. Eventually they became dancing partners after travelling to Poland to try-out together. They danced together for a year before they started dating; four years later in 2003, they got married.

In 2006, James joined Strictly for its fourth series alongside Ola. However, it didnโ€™t take long for James to spark a feud with judge Craig Revel Horwood, which resulted in James allegedly storming out of the studios on one occasion when Craig gave him a low score.

On the show, James has been partnered with actresses Georgina Bouzova, Cherie Lunghi, Zรถe Lucker and Denise van Outen, presenters Gabby Logan and Alex Jones, media personality Vanessa Feltz and psychologist Pamela Stephenson. James is notorious for his strops and conflicts when faced with negative criticism on camera.

In 2012 it was reported that James and Ola had been dropped from the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour, allegedly due to his behaviour behind the scenes. In June 2014 it was reported that James had been fired from the show after eight series.

james is a legend. he speaks the truth about every person. he isnt a bully. he is the only person that has really made an effort with gary whilst evetyone else had spoken bad about him. I think he is telling the truth in regards to kellie. if she wants to leave then big brother cant stop her. kellie seeks the sympathy vote and james let everyome onto that. james speaks the truth. he isnt a bully. he is the only truthful one in there. dee isnt a celeb and shouldnt be in there.
audley is boring. george cracks me up and he and stephanie seem like good friends. lauren is leading ricci on. Kellie should leave tonight and gary should win. GARY GARY GARY GARY. GEORGE TO BE SECOND.

Legend my arse. He’s just an over opinianated podgy, ex dancer from a reality tv show.

Muhamid Ali, John Lennon, Marilyn Monroe etc true examples of the word legend.

He’s very immature, speaking your mind isn’t always a good thing, sometimes it’s ok to keep your mouth shut if what you say might upset or be offensive to someone.

Being sensitive to other peoples feelings is a sign of emotional maturity. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Hi Ste, what do you bet that when he comes out (sooner, rather than later) he will blame his nasty temper on Gary
Who then was responsible for getting him thrown off Strictly??

I like James — I hate that a lot of people on social networking are trying to say that he’s in the closet for lack of a better insult (he’s clearly not gay and so what if he was), but also, there are a lot of people who say what they hate about him (i.e. his bluntness and straight talking) they like about others (Kellie!) Double standards there. At least James has been consistent the entire journey so far – you can’t say it’s fine for Kellie to speak her mind and say she dislikes James but not for James to say he dislikes Kellie. Yes there are moments where his character has been a little condescending – everyone’s human they’ve all had their moments.

James is strutting around the house as if he owned the place and I too hope he is voted out rather sooner than later.
He’s such a vile character. I’m just waiting for him to cosy up to the ones who got the cheers last night pretending to be their best mate.

There is no accounting for taste but how anybody apart from his mother, wife, sister or grandma could actually like him beats me.
‘He has been a little condescending’ is an enormous understatement

I have been trying to think who James (with his close together eyes and narrow face) reminds me of……at last I have it.

Put some long whiskers on him and you have………..Roland Rat!

He’s so incredibly patronising whenever he tries to ‘help’ Gary, he talks to him like a child. He loves having the power to tell Gary what is right and wrong.

He thinks that he is bestowing Gary with kindness and proclaims to be ‘the only one helping him’

Its all a game to try and convince us – the viewers – that he is a decent guy.

Its ridiculous he underestimates us and does not think we can see through his transparent faรงade – there is no self abnegation in James Jordan – he does nothing for nothing – this is all a front to make himself look good.

The man is full of sh## – he should do PR for the government.

I would love to see James in the same house as Paddy Doherty and to see how far his big-mouth would get him. Can you imagine Paddy in the same house while James prances around, bitching about everyone with all the women and stirring things up?
James would either kiss Paddy’s ass by sucking up to him or, similar to his interaction with Audley, would use the “protection” of the cameras and BB security to tell Paddy that he wasn’t scared of him. Paddy would likely just punch hits lights out anyway.

No point on commenting on what I think of this extra  you guys have probably summed him up perfectly
But I will say it’s cringe worthy watching him pretend to care for Gary when we all know it’s for the cameras.

When he finally goes I want his trousers to split when he’s walking up the stairs or something humiliating like getting an egg or custard pie in the face that would be justice.

Then when he’s on bbbots I want Louis Spence on the panel, that would be a bitchfest I would pay to see, they could have a camp off ๐Ÿ˜€

I really do not know how on earth James is still in the house!! How has CBB allowed this vile arrogant man to continually bully an old man with disabilities?!! It’s disgusting!! What message is CBB sending out to people allowing this to happen with no consequences?!! Are we not a nation that supposed to take care of our elderly?!! It’s so bad it’s difficult & very sad to watch an old man getting bullied. CBB you need to act on this…. Disgusting vile behaviour

I really have had enough of this arrogant , ignorant, rude person. If he’s not chucked out tonight I don’t think I’ll continue to watch. We’ve discussed CBB in the office today and there was not one single person out of 39 who had a good word to say about James. Most people felt it was a shame that Frenchie had gone although she was mad and unpredictable but she was not malicious and vile like James.

James said to to Gary that it is rude to interrupt someone that is talking, I have just watch James and Audley having a heated discussion and guess what James is doing?? he is interrupting Audley when he is speaking… he is contradicting himself there. Its OK for him to interrupt people but when other hms do it to him its rude…MMM TWO FACED LIAR…
