James is best known for his role as a professional dancer on hit BBC One talent contest Strictly Come Dancing.
James began taking dance lessons at the age of 10. When he turned 15, he started competing in dance competitions, and by the time he was 21, James was a major finalist in all Open International Competitions and was ranked one of the best in the world.
James met his dancing partner and wife, Ola, at a dancing competition and was mesmerised by the way she danced. Eventually they became dancing partners after travelling to Poland to try-out together. They danced together for a year before they started dating; four years later in 2003, they got married.
In 2006, James joined Strictly for its fourth series alongside Ola. However, it didn’t take long for James to spark a feud with judge Craig Revel Horwood, which resulted in James allegedly storming out of the studios on one occasion when Craig gave him a low score.
On the show, James has been partnered with actresses Georgina Bouzova, Cherie Lunghi, Zöe Lucker and Denise van Outen, presenters Gabby Logan and Alex Jones, media personality Vanessa Feltz and psychologist Pamela Stephenson. James is notorious for his strops and conflicts when faced with negative criticism on camera.
In 2012 it was reported that James and Ola had been dropped from the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour, allegedly due to his behaviour behind the scenes. In June 2014 it was reported that James had been fired from the show after eight series.

Big Brother has to do something about James’ and Stephanie’s treatment of Gary. I’m sorry guys but if this was a racist issue they would be out, so what’s the difference when it comes to vulnerable individuals? They should both receive a harsh final warning and if I was Gary I wouldn’t accept their apologies as that type of people never mean it. Knowing Gary he will forgive them because he’s a nice guy. God I’m angry!

I have been in tears and so very angry over James and Stephanie’s treatment of Gary. BB asked James to look after Gary on the second day because he was being so nasty him and being diplomatic they gave him that task hoping he would stop. He has kept this from the housmates and pretended he is looking after him because he cares but he dispises Gary and is nastier than ever with the bitch Stephanie smirking beside him as she was in bed over the suitcase incident today. He should have a warning like Stepahnie and stop pretending he is looking after Gary. Please do NOT vote to save him.
James must be thrown out of the house.

I wonder if they called time on the dome because no one could have taken anymore of his trash talk. Goading Audley,saying he could take him on,which he claimed earlier in the serious and I think he actually believes it,could have resulted in him being knocked out. Who would blame Audley,provocation defence. But C5, would have a law suit for setting it up!
Oh how I wish he had hit him though,would be one of top 10 all time greatest TV moments. We’d all remember where we were when James got his comeuppance :happy:

bullying Gary every opportunity he gets for instance when Gary simply asked a question about the suitcases and James had a massive go at him about being rude and interrupting conversations and how he gives him chance after chance to change.

I like James he’s grown on me , he’s blunt and to the point but I find him endearing . Also he has a hard face so even when he’s joking he looks serious . Gary to win and James to be runner up!!! All these haters need to wake up, he is not a bully and he is the only housemate that is helping Gary develop as a person. If you keep him in I guarantee he will grow on you too if he hasn’t already.
