Chris wants to be an actor but is currently between jobs – he enjoys the ‘gypsy lifestyle of acting’ and has never worked a 9-5 job because he ‘just couldn’t’. He is also a skilled artist – selling works of art drawn in biro – and lists his main passions as music, movies, ideas, girls, individuality, creativity, honesty and respect.

The 33-year-old feels that his parents have taught him how to be polite to others at all times: ‘I’m trying to wean myself of this a bit because now I am obsessively polite –if someone punched me in the face and they got blood on their knuckles I’d apologise for making their hands dirty’. He is also quick and witty with a dry sense of humour, claiming: ‘I don’t see class, I just see d**kheads or not d**kheads’.

When asked if he would choose money or love, Chris said: ‘I’d rather have money right now, I’ve got love but I don’t feel independent enough to say I love myself.’ His best personality trait is that if he has bonded with someone, he will ‘love them unconditionally forever – friends and relationships’. He explains his worst personality trait as: ‘I’ll see a sunny day and say yeah but it’s going to rain in a minute’.

Chris is definitely not looking for love in the Big Brother house. He laughed: ‘I never fancied anyone who’s been on BB anyway. That is my worst nightmare.’

He gets on best with intelligent people, as ‘willing stupidity is worse than natural stupidity’. He has a big group of friends, he’s ‘trying to reduce it’.

Chris wants to do Big Brother for the ‘free rent’, ‘to lose weight’ and because he ‘can’t afford therapy’ – but insists he’s not doing the show to further his acting career: ‘I will walk through any open door right now just to check out the scenery.’

He adds that he would resent having to participate in tasks – saying his pride would get in the way, and he hates team bonding games – but thinks he would be brilliant at secret missions.

I should have said I enjoy debating here also due to your eloquence and interesting answers**

@Lou Lou, there is no way that Chris wanted to go home with four days to go.

“It might be surprising but many people go in the big brother house for different reasons other than the cash prize.”

I could not agree more and Chris told us all why he came into the Big Brother house during the “Girl Power” task. His self-esteem was at rock bottom. Imagine how he might feel if he finishes 3rd, or 2nd or dare I say 1st in a vote to win by the Great British public.

Christopher, his friend, would have denied him that had the eviction been real.

It is just exactly what I said in my previous post, and no matter how many times (or how eloquently) you write it, it will always be you trying to defend the indefensible.

    How droll. Love it 😀

@Lou. Nodding my head at the points you made whilst reading through your post. Well done.
I, like you, do enjoy debating and am not easily embarrassed. However, you make a very good point that there are some that are more sensitive and could be put off and unwilling to re-post when their opinions are shot down.
We all have different opinions and as long as they are respected by all people and debated on in a non-confrontational way, we will all enjoy the forum.
    Christopher for win!

Did you manage to read Jennyjunipers post on the news pages to discover whose clients are part of the whole Richard Desmond empire?

Apparently it includes many of our housemates which does explain a hell of a lot.

There have been so many accusations of Bullying over the last few days. I had an impassioned but enlightening debate with Jadee earlier.

I truly think Helen is a Bully in all its possible connotations, you John Kane (NB added your surname so speed readers can tell I don’t mean any other John….or Jane for that matter) are Not a bully.
And I have thoroughly enjoyed this forum.

I just want Friday to come as soon as possible.

Also laughing at your final comment hahaha. Lightening the forum 😀

    @John Kane
Yes but chris has made it already! He’s in the final week! He looks tired and like he might genuinely want to go home at this point and I personally think he should be proud to be here even of he had of been leaving as he has honestly done himself proud. I also would love to see him in the top 3 but I feel like Christopher has a better idea of his morale and feelings than we do as outsiders.

We’re going to have to agree to disagree in this case!

Stopping by to say Hello to all of the Christopher supporters.. Hi maria ! Hi Lou ! Great to see you two ladies defending Christopher our choice to win.. Oh and let me remind you all about how he actually got out a pen and on a scrap of paper wrote We love you Chris and put it in his suitcase.. SO SWEET !! Gotta love him.. He was told by BB to choose Chris and that was so obvious that Chris and Helen be stuck in that room together.. If Pav and Helen were in the room it wouldnt of been as good because Pav watching and listening wouldnt mean as much as Chris doing it.. I dont blame Christopher for the decision because it wasnt his to make !

Thank you so much Lou, what a lovely compliment from you and much appreciated
Likewise, I do enjoy reading your posts and I do find that what I have failed to say in support of Christopher has always been covered by yourself, thereby giving a beautiful overall picture of a very lovely man.
If there is any justice, then I hope we see him crowned the winner on Friday. It would be fully deserved. He has been a little star!
    Christopher for the win.

@Jane Shepherd I feel a bit like that myself. Having watched Big Brother since it’s inception I will not bother with it again unless it is given a fresh start elsewhere.

This version of Big Brother is not for me.

@Lou “he might genuinely want to go home at this point”

Or, he might just want the chance of finding out how much the British public like him, seeing where they voted him to finish, winning the show and pocketing a hundred grand?

What do you think is more likely?

To quote Neil Godwin (the Office) “let’s just agree, that you agree with me.”

@Jadee I’m not cranky, I just didn’t like Christopher’s move in evicting Chris.

I agree but it wasn’t his move at all. This whole thing is orchestrated by BB and he was told to pick Chris.. He couldnt pick Ashleigh because Helen and Ashleigh in the same room with one bed listening to what? He couldnt pick Pav with the one bed and him and helen together .. Not exciting.. The only other choice for BB is Chris and Helen

ooh, can we make a big pile of staplers and hole punchers and all the other stationary to make a divide between our desks ??? 😀 😀

I miss that show we used to call one of my old bosses David Brent, we even told him to watch it and at our own Xmas party we all did the famous DB dance…. and he just didn’t get it.

Hi Jadee, oh gosh, yes, I had forgotten about the letter Christopher wrote to Chris and put in his suitcase.
Wasn’t that just gorgeous  And he didn’t just sign it from himself He also added Ashleigh’s name to it. How very sweet of the man.

You see, it is the subtleties that are often overlooked or missed but are quite important for judging a persons character. This was a very good example of the gentle, loyal and sensitive young man that we have grown to love over the last few weeks.

@Lou Well that’s one thing we can certainly agree on.

What a massive bell-end that bloke is, why are BBBOTS so in love with him?

He’s been on that show more than Emma Willis!

@maria I really cannot abide you calling him loyal after he evicted Chris.

I don’t care how nice the letter was, I bet it wasn’t as nice as a hundred grand.

Oh John Kane, you angry young man. I thought you had gone to have a stiff brandy to calm down and be nice to me
Christopher has many attributes and I do consider that loyalty is definitely one of them. You have to look at the complete picture reference the eviction and not take the act in isolation. That skews opinion.
Whether it was guided by BB or it was a decision between Christopher and Ash, if it had been a true eviction, then the right decision was made. Chris did not deserve his finalist place. Christopher had already nominated him face to face for eviction during the last task, telling him that he had shown clearly, by not doing any of the tasks, that he did not want to continue in the house.

We did not hear the whispering and discussion between Ash and Christopher when they were trying to come to a decision but it would have been hypocritical of Christopher to evict Pav over Chris. Chris did nothing in between the final task and the point of eviction to warrant a change in Christophers nomination thinking and Pav showed far more interest in staying, through his enthusiastic involvement with the tasks and the psychiatrists couch.
Dont forget, the tasks for this last week were for the housemates to prove why they should be a finalist and they had to jolly well earn their stripes. Chris definitely did not.
Loyalty v Honesty is a difficult twosome to juggle when faced with such a terrible dilemma.
On this occasion, honesty came out tops!

@maria I can’t deny that I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts. They are a delight.

Unfortunately your boy blew your theories out of the water in tonights show by admitting that he was ashamed of his decision. Just like I said he should be.

Chris (this is Chris’ page isn’t it?) dealt with it with his usual dignity however, and saved Christopher perception in the publics eyes by not holding a grudge.

I actually think Chris might just be coming up the blind side of this final, I think he might just finish a bit higher than most are giving him credit (on in Christopher’s case, opportunity) for.

    Steven .Totally. Irrelevant .

Also going to be bankrupt by all accounts.

look at companies house – but I fear the association with Richard Desmond – may bail him out.
