Celebrity Big Brother 15 Tweetstakes

The bbspy Tweetstakes competition is back for Celebrity Big Brother 15 – read on to find out all about it! By taking part you acknowledge and agree to all the rules and terms below.

How it works

Each player in the bbspy Tweetstakes will represent a Celebrity Big Brother housemate for the duration of their stay in the house. If a player’s housemate is evicted from CBB they will be evicted from the Tweetstakes – and if their housemate wins, they will win!

Launch housemates

We’ll ask a quiz question on our Twitter page (@bbspy), and the first 28 people to respond correctly will become Tweetstakes players and will be randomly assigned a number.

This series, there will be two players representing each housemate. When a housemate leaves the house, both of their players will leave the competition. The two players representing the series winner will both win the Tweetstakes.

On launch night, housemates will be allocated to players in the order they’re revealed – e.g. players 1a and 1b get the first housemate to enter, players 2a and 2b get the second, and so on. If multiple people enter together as one housemate – e.g. Jedward in CBB8, Jack and Joe in BB14 – they will be represented as one housemate in the Tweetstakes.

Should any players be left without a housemate on launch night (e.g. if only twelve housemates enter, players 13a, 13b, 14a and 14b are left out), they will not enter the Tweetstakes at launch, but these players will be the first to be assigned any latecomers should there be any.

Katie Price

On Friday 16th January, Katie Price joined Celebrity Big Brother as a surprise new housemate, meaning two more places became available in the Tweetstakes. A quiz question will be asked on our Twitter page at around 10.20pm on Saturday 17th January; the first two people to answer correctly according to our mentions stream on Twitter.com will represent Katie in the Tweetstakes.

Latecomers & Twists

If new housemates are sent in to the house later in the series, there might be opportunities for new entrants to join the Tweetstakes. And as we all know, Big Brother does like to throw a twist in now and again – these could be reflected with a twist or two in our Tweetstakes. bbspy reserves the right to change the rules at any time!

  2. To enter, Twitter users must answer the quiz question posted on twitter.com/bbspy (hereafter ‘the bbspy Twitter page’) on or just after 7.10pm on Wednesday 7th January 2015. 4. In the event that opportunities arise for new players to join the Tweetstakes, players who have been eliminated may not re-enter to represent new housemates. Additonally, players who remain in the Tweetstakes may not enter again to represent multiple housemates, or swap their existing housemate for a new one.
  5. The Tweetstakes will close upon the announcement of the winning housemate of the fifteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother UK on the Celebrity Big Brother programme, broadcast on Channel 5 in January or February 2015. The Tweetstakes winners will be the two entrants who represent the winning Celebrity Big Brother housemate according to the results tables, made available on this page and the bbspy Twitter page.
  6. The two winners will each recieve a £15 voucher code for the Apple’s iTunes Store in the UK. The prize is non-negotiable – no alternatives will be offered. bbspy reserves the right to withdraw prizes for any reason.
  7. Once the two winners have been determined, bbspy will contact them via Twitter Direct Message to arrange delivery of their prize. If winner(s) do not respond within 72 hours, alternative winner(s) may be determined at the discretion of bbspy.
  8. The two winners will only be supplied with one prize each. bbspy cannot accept responsibility if the prize is in any way damaged, defected or unusable. In these events a replacement prize will not be provided.
  9. Channel 5, Endemol, Twitter, Apple, the iTunes Store and their subsidiaries and partners are not promoters of the Tweetstakes and are not responsible for or liable for the Tweetstakes in any way.
