Alicia Douvall is a glamour model, known for selling kiss and tell stories on a string of celebrities to the tabloid press – with her conquests allegedly including Simon Cowell, Lee Ryan, Dwight Yorke, Shaggy and Mick Hucknall. She has also been romantically linked to her fellow housemate Calum Best, although she insists she’s never even kissed him.
However, she’s made just as many headlines with her “quest for perfection” when it comes to her image – having spent more than £1million on over 350 cosmetic procedures. She’s had work done on her boobs, eyes, nose, toes and even her ribs.
“I once took a Barbie doll to a surgeon to show how I wanted to look. I wanted to be her,” she explained. “I did not succeed.”
She most recently went under the knife to have her facial implants removed – and the procedure was one of her most gory yet, as it involved surgeons breaking her jaw in two places.
Long term Big Brother fans will remember Alicia for her disastrous appearance on spin-off show Little Brother in 2005, when she gave short, vague answers to host Dermot O’Leary’s questions. The cringiest moment came when she was asked for her thoughts on housemate Kemal Shahin, replying: “I don’t know really, sorry.”
The 35-year-old is now entering the house herself to show viewers the ‘real her’ – and she claimed that she may let slip details about her boyfriends on camera.
“They will be worried! If they know me, they know that I am very honest and sometimes I say things by mistake that shouldn’t really come out, especially if I am relaxed and talking to people,” she says. “I’ll try not to talk about it but if I am in a conversation, I will be honest because it’s part of my life. It’s not just their life, it’s my life as well.”
Alicia is scared of having arguments with her fellow housemates, and says she’d hate to come face-to-face with one Katie Hopkins. However, it seems she has a ruthless streak, as she proclaims: “I want to win and I’m not there to help other people, I’m trying to get to the end myself!”

That was the most boring interview ever with the gorge Emma Willis. It was so obvious she fancied Callum! That’s why she was grilling him about nominating her. She was prob pissed off he shown abs no interest! She has no insight to what she does wrong! She’s a princess- needy, boring, odd-self teaching her child & knows nothing herself! Obsessed in such an unhealthy way about diet, nutrients etc it can’t be having a positive impact on a 3year Child. No no nope……

Alicia is sad, boring and super thick. I don’t think she’d know what day it was unless she had a plastic surgery appointment.

Her appointment is probably already booked, she has a big fat fee to spend on more surgery, her kids won’t see a penny of it of course, all the money goes straight to her surgeon :down:
It is a shame Alicia has left, she really did begin to come out and verbally fence herself against Katie. It is a shame Alicia is not the brightest coin in your pocket or the sharpest knife, but she is a very nice person. She has a heart and didn’t attack any individual on a personal level, unlike Cami Li attack which was vile. You just can’t help but hope the best for Alicia, the house will be less entertainment without her, it should of been Calumn who is defo less entertainment and actually more like a window dressing dummy than the rest of them.
