Christopher is passionate about great journalism and getting the scoop before others. He enjoys the thrill of the chase and he refuses to take the word no for an answer; ‘making things happen is everything to me’.

A big fan of Katie Hopkins and White Dee, he is also passionate about ‘having an opinion’ and hates it when people don’t take an interest in the world around them.

Given the choice between money and love, Christopher would choose love as he has never had a relationship. He really likes the idea of being in love and ‘building something special with the right man’.

He is single and has never been in a proper relationship. He that his confidence evaporates when it comes to relationships, and that he can be ‘rather neurotic about dating’. He isn’t looking for love in the house but ‘wouldn’t turn it down if it came along’.

Christopher classes himself as religious and was brought up as a Protestant. He doesn’t necessarily ‘believe in scripture but I do pray’. He thinks his best personality traits are being spontaneous and loyal, and his worst traits are being ‘melodramatic and getting overexcited’.

He spends a lot of his weekends working – but does tend to go out every Saturday night for a heavy night: ‘I wake up in need of a wheelchair and a bacon sandwich, wishing I was dead’. His usual night out begins with drinks at his flat, then on to some bars in either Clapham or Shoreditch.

In the house, Christopher would get on best with ‘eccentric, uninhibited people’. He would struggle to get on with ‘egotistical people and people who judge you’ – even though he admits he can be guilty of this himself.

As a housemate, Christopher says he ‘won’t hold back and wants to let loose and have no regrets’, and he reckons he’ll find it hard and having to ‘endure 24 hours of social interaction’ and not being able to ‘pop out for a coffee’.

Come on John, you are better than this!
He is a good guy, I don’t think you need to slate him to make Ashleigh look better.

    @TillyTrotter

I do still like Christopher, but I think Ashleigh has been through more, when those three witches attacked her that sealed it for me, don’t care what happened after that, three into one just don’t go lol 😀

You make great points on here. Honestly has to be said. I left a post on Chris’ page and unfortunately spelt Ashleigh’s name wrong all bar one time lol. But love your posts v well written and you got it perfectly  @maria

Agree with all the comments here!

@Bob I’m not slating him, I have just seen him in a different light since he chose to evict Chris.

It was a terrible decision and I don’t care what slant anyone else tries to put on it, as far as I am concerned it was indefensible.

I thought he was a good guy too, but a good guy would not have sold his closest ally down the river like that.

I like Ashleigh, but believe me Bob, I’m really not that arsed who wins this debacle either way.

It won’t be Helen and as far as I’m concerned that’s all that counts.

The fact that Christopher ‘buckled’ to Ash by voting for Chris to leave, did make me feel uncomfortable in the respect that Christopher is far stronger than Ash.

I think Helen knew all along she was going to be ‘fake’ evicted – she just couldn’t hide the smug smile – plus all the reports about her half hour meeting with producers prior to the ‘eviction’

So I can only conclude that Christopher had more than half an idea that it was going to be a similar process for the next ‘evictee’

Either way Chris is still here. I still very much like Christopher, it just makes me wonder if these latest events are another subconscious twist to make less viewers vote Christopher – perhaps because he was too close to the golden ticket of Helen?? – maybe I’m being too cynical but it wouldn’t surprise me.

To be honest I don’t think Ash and Pav – or Pash – have that much of a chance, so as long as the winner is NOT Helen, I don’t really mind too much.

@Jane Shepherd With regard to Christophers big argument with Helen, at the time I was impressed but also felt it was rather well timed, he finally decides to stand up to Helen immediately before “Finals Week” ?

If he had chosen to stand up to her at any of the hundreds of opportunities he has had during the previous two months then I might have bought it. This was a little to strategically timed for me to think it 100% genuine.

Funny how he was so quick to stick up for him in a pointless argument that has absolutely zero baring on the outcome of the show…yet when he had the chance to really do something to help Chris, when Chris REALLY needed that support he…instead…EVICTED HIM.

John, Christopher has stood up to Helen far more than any other contestant throughout the whole series the reason Pauline and Helen turned against him in week 1 was because he was the only one to openly defend Jale to their faces, he also defended Danielle against the cool gang that week. He was also the only one to defend Matthew against Helen’s rant in the garden that time, he also had that argument with Helen which he won when Helen sulked about being put on the naughty list as well as defending Chris last week. To try and make out that he has only just started defending people is completely untrue.

Selena – I don’t think the point John was trying to make is that Christopher “has only just started defending people”

I think the point he is making is that the timing of that defence is questionable. It seems this year that BB is not only teasing/testing the housemates… they are also pulling the wool over our eyes if you like.

Helen had a meeting with producers before her ‘fake’ eviction.

My guess is that Christopher had some sort of ‘tip off’ in that if he agreed to ‘evict’ Chris – it was also a ‘fake’ eviction.

I could be wrong. but the way BB have manipulated EVERYONE this year viewers and housemates stinks.

It really seems its a houseful of wannabes .
With BB in charge all the way to the bank with our voting money.

@Selena “Christopher has stood up to Helen far more than any other contestant throughout the whole series.”

I cannot enter into a serious conversation on this subject if you are to start off with this quote as it is simply not true in any way shape or form.

Christopher has stood up to Helen once and once only. If there are other occasions, please post some clips for us all to enjoy. Otherwise I will assume you have just made it up.

Ashleigh has been doing it all series long. That is why the British Public love her.

I posted the other times he stood up to Helen in my last post. He stood up for Jale and Danielle in week one which was why the cool group originally turned against him. He was the only one who stood up for Matthew when him and Helen had that massive agruement in the garden are 3 examples.

@Selena What I’m saying is that I don’t remember those occasions that you speak of.

If they are true then please post the clips of them.

I do not believe he has had another row like the one he had with Helen over Chris because if he had it would have been all the talk.

So I’m not convinced these occasions you speak of actually happened, certainly not in the light you are suggesting.

OK, Here’s the video of Christopher and Helen after the Matthew arguement in the garden. More then this was shown on the highlights though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6Ls3D0dnW0 and here’s Christopher and Helen after being put on the naughty list. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6Ls3D0dnW0

    @Selena I rest my case.

Those clips are NOTHING like his sudden and impassioned defence of Chris from the other day.

That just further confirms to me that there was something superficial in that outburst, it is clearly not his normal style.
