Adam is 27 and was born in Burton-on-Trent but raised on the streets of Los Angeles where he became member of the infamous LA Crips gang.
He says that the best experience of his life so far has been getting clean and sober and back on the straight and narrow. Since the age of 19 he has worked hard to turn his life around and has worked as a mentor for young people in the US. He also wants to work with young adults with drug and alcohol problems in the UK.
People tend to find him intimidating but he doesn’t have a problem with it, “I would rather that than people trying to take the piss out of me all the time”.
He freely admits to having a high opinion of himself but people are surprised how much he cares when they get to know him. In the Big Brother House he’s most looking forward to the tasks and says, “I will be a leader”. When watching the most recent series of Celebrity Big Brother and seeing someone having to eat porridge and cow urine he says, “it just reminds me of the stupid things me and my boys do”.
The token black male that everybody tries their hardest to love because he doesn’t perpetuate the stereotypical behaviour of his black, male counterparts. Sadly, he’s an incredibly dull fence sitter who lets out his true, aggressive nature on occassions.
Adam to WIN!!! He’s had to put up with a lot of nasty remarks and name calling from that hideous witch Caroline and has always shown a nice side to him. He may have lost his cool on a couple of occasions quite rightly so if it were me I wouldn’t have remained so composed. Lovely guy.
What a delight to see Adam last night take on that numpty Conor . Got him eventually to admit he is selfish. Oh how he squirmed on that box!!!!! Not so brave when it comes to dealing with a man. What a revolting creature he is. GO ADAM WIN WIN
I like him he seems to see what is going on ,,to see the others for what they are ,,yep he has been a bad dude,, but isnt everybody entitled to another chance ,,judge him on what he does now,,but for gods sake pull your trousers up an cover you fat ass,,,you will get bad kidneys with the British weather,, Adam for the final
Adam is a very genuine & sincere person.
All nice people; Adam for finals please. Winning would show that nice people dont always comes last.

When Conor did his interviews after leaving the house he tried to draw comparisons between himself and Adam, saying they had both experienced similar things ( not sure what ). The difference being, yes Adam fell in with the wrong crowd as a teenager, but has recognized this and has turned his life around. Conor on the other hand is not a teenager, and when his appalling behaviour was pointed out to him shrugged and stated he did it because he was angry. I hope teenagers see Adam as a roll model and not Conor. Everyone gets things wrong from time to time, but it’s doing something about it that sorts the chaff from the wheat. At least Adam’s mum can feel proud of her son which is more than can be said for the parents of: Conor, Caroline, Luke S, Becky and Ashleigh..
Did Conner mean drugs dealing and drive by shooting,, that`s all i`ve seen of the crip`s..the gang Adam was in,,Becky thought he said Crisps,,and wanted to join,,The only way iv`e seen Adam let himself down was smirking at Luke s (sucker) when he came back minus 50,000 ,,,he should have stood up and laughed out loud,slapping his thigh and pointing,,,,
Adam is sometimes quiet annoying but mostly he’s funny. It was funny when Conor gave Adam a masarge ! :straight:

I think Adam is a genuine guy. Says it how it is and people know where they stand with him. He has his principles and these apply to everyone (i.e Deana suggesting she would buy only chicken and brocolli and him saying it is just as bad as the others).
I think he just sees through most of the rubbish in there – and I would have smirked to but I can see it was probably a bit insensitive at the time. Luke S’s tantrum was hilarious though as was the whole situation and Adam could just see that!
Adam dancing on the bed and Scott lying beneath him in tonight’s show to “don’t call me baby” cracked me up!! LOL…. Loved it!
Why not more fun like that earlier in the series from bb?

Because the vile insiders ruined the show YUMMY.This is what it used to be more like when on channel 4. They tried to nip backstabbing and bullying in the bud. They often showed clips of vile behaviour to the house mates. Channel 5 have ruined this show

Which other housemates were around Conor when he said what he did to Deana? Adam??
Which housemates told Conor it was out of order? NO ONE.
Which housemates spoke up and said Luke A was out of order for mentioning Becky’s BMI? LOTS.
It’s easy to stand up to Luke A for a tiny thing, but no one stood up to a bully like Conor.
Kind of disappointed in Adam – he was witness to A LOT of malice directed towards a fellow housemate, Deana, and didn’t speak up against it. Then suddenly he is constantly ‘compassionate’ for Luke S. I know it’s not easy to speak out against real bullies like Conor who influence a group of cool people, But he should have spoken up. Deana deserved compassion just as everyone else did.
