Nominations Tally

The Celebrity Big Brother house has been transformed in to a vaudeville theatre for January 2016 – and of course, there’s no show without the all-important nominations!

Usually, housemates will be asked to go to the Diary Room twice a week to make two nominations each. They are banned from discussing their votes or influencing each other. The housemates who receive the most nominations in each round face the subsequent eviction. But we all know how twist-happy Big Brother is these days, so you can be sure the process won’t always be that straightforward!

Here’s our tally chart – see below for explanations of the twists, and click here for who nominated who.

Notes

  • Round 1: During the first task on Day 2, Jeremy, Scott and Stephanie were named the most annoying housemates. They were the only housemates eligible to nominate. They each chose one housemate to automatically face the public vote. On eviction night, it was revealed that only the nominee with the most public votes would be saved by viewers: this was Kristina. Housemates then each cast a vote to evict either Nancy or Winston. Winston was evicted by a vote of 13-1, with Jeremy being the only housemate to vote for Nancy.
  • Round 2: During the endurance task on Day 6, Tiffany won immunity from the second eviction, and therefore couldn’t be nominated – while John won the punishment of nominating face-to-face.
  • Round 3: The four nominees who survived the public vote on Day 11 each chose one housemate to automatically face the next eviction.
  • Round 4: Housemates nominated face-to-face on Day 15, unaware that anyone who received at least one nomination would face eviction.
  • Round 5: Big Brother announced that all housemates would face eviction, except those who won immunity in a three-day task.
  • Round 6: On Day 22, special guest Gillian McKeith entered the house to ‘cleanse’ the housemates in a task. Only the housemates that she deemed to be ‘pure’ on Day 23 were allowed to nominate.
  • Round 7: For being the only housemate not to discuss nominations on Day 26, Stephanie was permitted to choose one housemate to automatically face eviction. She later participated in nominations as normal.
