Christopher is passionate about great journalism and getting the scoop before others. He enjoys the thrill of the chase and he refuses to take the word no for an answer; ‘making things happen is everything to me’.

A big fan of Katie Hopkins and White Dee, he is also passionate about ‘having an opinion’ and hates it when people don’t take an interest in the world around them.

Given the choice between money and love, Christopher would choose love as he has never had a relationship. He really likes the idea of being in love and ‘building something special with the right man’.

He is single and has never been in a proper relationship. He that his confidence evaporates when it comes to relationships, and that he can be ‘rather neurotic about dating’. He isn’t looking for love in the house but ‘wouldn’t turn it down if it came along’.

Christopher classes himself as religious and was brought up as a Protestant. He doesn’t necessarily ‘believe in scripture but I do pray’. He thinks his best personality traits are being spontaneous and loyal, and his worst traits are being ‘melodramatic and getting overexcited’.

He spends a lot of his weekends working – but does tend to go out every Saturday night for a heavy night: ‘I wake up in need of a wheelchair and a bacon sandwich, wishing I was dead’. His usual night out begins with drinks at his flat, then on to some bars in either Clapham or Shoreditch.

In the house, Christopher would get on best with ‘eccentric, uninhibited people’. He would struggle to get on with ‘egotistical people and people who judge you’ – even though he admits he can be guilty of this himself.

As a housemate, Christopher says he ‘won’t hold back and wants to let loose and have no regrets’, and he reckons he’ll find it hard and having to ‘endure 24 hours of social interaction’ and not being able to ‘pop out for a coffee’.

In all fairness I thought he was a bit of a wimpy pushover at the begining , but I was wrong!
He’s actually very strong,.. He’s not scared to stand up for himself and his friends, good morals, good principles,………slightly bonkers, but aren’t we all 😀

When he smiles (without showing his teeth) he looks just like Stan Laurel 😀

    Could win it !!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnUH7JpW5ZI The forever “real” and never “two-faced” Helen (whispering to Ash) about Christopher: “I said to Mark, stay away from him…he’s a disease.”

Has there ever been a human being with less self-awareness that that vile beast of a woman?

Christopher has helped us to see what happens to a bullied person and how they cope with its intensity. Hes a good lad so he is, just a normal n.irish lad.

Wish him all the best for his future.

Quite like your mate they have on bbots, the guy that was in the challenge involving the retracting money.

Above all Nicky you are right Christopher IS a lovely man. I’m torn to choose between the 3 of them. Ashleigh is credit to herself and to young women generally – much better example than the other women in the house.

Chris I love his wit and humour and ability to be a bit humble.

Chistopher 😀 – I just want to give him a big hug. He has been soooo nice – to everyone, including those bullies. Like I say I hope he sticks to his mettle. He is a really good man

Christopher is a good bloke and after putting up with everything deserves to win .. He has issues with self esteem but has risen to show that nobody is going to push him around so his growth is amazing from being on BB. I am proud of him

Is Christopher still likely to win this series?

Also did you see my post about the star? I’ve been reading it(I know, I’ll need a skinhead and tattoos now) for the last few days as oddly it’s the only paper with bb news in, it’s all been about Helen. I now think it’s a fix, I just want to know how they got Pauline to give her the pass? Money?

Not vile, just mad at Helen, I wouldn’t like to be woken at 7 am and told there is no hot water or breakfast cause my mates acted like twats either, I’d go mental 😀

Ash keeps bleating on that Christopher or Ashleigh will win because they will get the irish vote. This is so arrogant, because it couldn’t just be they deserve it and he doesn’t. Also does he think the population of Northern Ireland is greater than England ?( they don’t get channel 5 in Republic of Ireland ) and if there is a irish element it could be argued the vote would be split between Christopher and Ashleigh. Pav of course was agreeing because he is trying to be new BFF

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBcZ2Xiv5Y4 The more you two cretins go on about how much you “deserve” to win, the more votes you force Ashleigh’s way.

    Two pathetic imbeciles.

To everybody saying that Christopher should win, I completely agree with you.
On ‘Bit on the side’ tonight when the panel were asked who they think should win, the psychiatrist Rachel, said that ‘Ashleigh and Christopher fit the mould of a big brother winner. Both have been on a journey and have earned the right to win. They have been turned upside down and put themselves right again so many times’.
Well, I can agree with her but only for Christopher as i personally do not feel Ashleigh has been on that journey !
Christopher has been outstanding and has shown himself to be a very lovely, genuine person. Is it just me or has he got more handsome since being in the house
Anyhoo, he has grown so much and proved himself to be an honest, intelligent, loyal, caring, sensitive and gentle young man. He was treated very badly at the beginning and labelled Christmas. I never understood how he got that name but Christmas is a lovely time of the year and brings much happiness and joy. So I would say that it is a very appropriate name for him. Though I did notice that HM’s started using his correct name about three weeks ago.
He has stood up for himself when the need arises and has also defended others if he felt they were being unfairly treated. He has considered all other HM’s during the tasks set in order not to let them down and seemed to take his fair share of cleaning up in the kitchen.
It was very moving to see him in the diary room tonight, when he became upset talking about Mark. Quite the opposite to the cold reaction from Mark during his exit interview.
Christopher has been a terrific housemate and thoroughly deserves to take the title this year. I wish him every success. If he wins it will show that the public recognize decency in a human being and that you can be true to yourself without being bitchy, foul mouthed, aggressive, vile, moody, two faced and all the other nasty things we have seen from other HM’s. He has been a grst housemate and a wonderful example of how, when knocked down, you can get back up with dignity and grace. Christopher for the win.
Sorry about the long post but felt I had to say what I said

@maria You are so right Christopher has been the most Genuine house mate of this series, He has never sat in the booth snarling & snapping about other HMs, He has literally stood his ground while everyone Including Ashleigh tried to humiliate him, He has acted with complete Dignity at all times & He has been funny & Entertaining to watch ? He has been the full package, Christopher to win hands down ! I can hear the hip flasks clinking now from certain Ashleigh supporters with so many Issues like the notorious Mrs S, who still cant stop Her bulling ways ,but when you come from that environment its not to surprising really that they, cant let it go ? Christopher to Win ! Get Ashleigh & Helen Out ! 😉

It reminds me of my old school common room in there this year. There’s the ‘top dog’ picking on the weaker kids, twisting the truth, passing judgement. There are her cronies, sniggering and encouraging her, keeping her in power. And then there’s Christopher. Despite having had an unfair share of the vitriol already he will not back down in the face of an argument, he sticks up for himself and for others, remains calm and collected and tries so hard to get his fair point across. Shame it always falls on ignorant ears. He’s got the measure of the brat pack but is nothing less than friendly and polite during the calm between the storms. That man deserves a medal or a peace prize, never mind winning Big Brother (just needs to work on his terrible taste in men)!
