Glamorous mummy, Jackie is attractive and has lots of life experience. She has feisty Italian blood, is unintentionally funny, wears her heart on her sleeve and claims to be “classy but not a snob”. Jackie is divorced with two children and her daughter Charlie is entering the house with her. Jackie feels that spending time with Charlie in a confined space for a long period of time will be a challenge, but one she is looking forward to.
Jackie isn’t religious and doesn’t believe in God. She supports the Conservative party and is a big fan of David Cameron. She believes love is more important than money but both would be good; “I’ve had money but if you don’t have love, what’s the point?”.
Jackie’s biggest achievement so far is becoming a well-known dancer in the 70s. She thinks her best personality traits are that she is fun, honest, flamboyant, sensitive and compassionate. She says her worst personality trait is that she doesn’t always listen to what people have to say and can be too forceful with her opinions.
I can seee me liking her shes so much like me and my family and friends just love the nutty side of me..you go girl! :up:

I really thought there would be a mix of different ages! But I like this series through and theres a little less of models on BB, which is good! 😀

Wow, me & this woman sound very similar on best & worst personality traits, & we both support the same political party. Yet the difference in our age range is quite drastic…. lol. She’s a fantastic Mother figure too, when her daughter was in her lowest moment, she was there for her & never left her side. I really admire her for a few different reasons. Hope Jackie goes a long way & at least reaches the semi finals :up:
I really like Jackie so far. Wish we could see more of her and some of the other decent people.
Suspicious of her now. She suggested Jemima say pleas and thank you whilst slaving over a hot stove to feed the crowd. I would have told them ALL to jog on LOL at that point. Think she wants to be sole house mother.Don’t care for Jemima but admired her for saying that some people don’t bother to say thank you when anyone cooks for them, which was far more to the point
This Mum needs to back off and let her daughter speak for herself. How embarrassing for her. Speaks volumes now that they are in there together. On the other hand why anyone would respond to Jeremiah on any subject is beyond me. Just asking for bull**** .
I think it’s good that she sticks up for Charlie. Who wouldn’t want their mum sticking up for them.
She’s a nice housemate; entertaining and funny, but she’s that housemate that could do with having early nights to let Charlie have some free time to let loose without considering her mother’s ears and eyes. I think naturally, the other contestants are more reserved around her out of respect for their elders.
There is sticking up and there is babying and speaking inappropriately which I think she did. Disclosing some of Charlies private details on National TV to garner sympathy is cringe worthy.I don’t dislike her just her interfering in an adult daughters life.She was actually saying, Charlie is not a tactless adult , she is an immature tactless adult, making it worse. The whole situation was a sympathy point scoring mission which went badly wrong.@Pooball
I’ve nothing bad to say about her. It’s good to have a mother-figure in the house. :happy:
Do not like her at all…What did she work as/ How has she made her money????? Nothing funny about this lady accept that she is sad enough to go into the big brother house and her dancing is awfully embarrassing to watch. :down: :down:
Was she actually listening to Callum’s VT?? I was amazed how any woman could be so shocked that a man had , purely coincidentally, slept with a mother and her daughter on SEPARATE occasions. SO WHAT ?????Shows how her mind works and for gods sake woman unglue the apron strings. What an embarrassment for her GROWN up daughter.

OMG this woman has serious issues. Family therapy urgently needed. Own your own negative feelings stop making your daughter your emotional dustbin, It is understandable, after watching that horrendous discussion between them last night ,why Charlie is screwed up.Neither of you adult offspring are your personal babysitters or entertainers.If she goes out before Charlie god help her son.

@Irene Pearson. Agreed with you totally on Jackie especially her unpleasant rant against Dexter on a glass of wine. At 59 years old and a mother to boot, she should not be so petty and small minded but instead should defend Dexter against the ugly attacks and biased criticisms by Sophie, Hazel and Wolfy. After VT viewing and fag incident, I find Jackie, Wolfy, Sophie and Hazel two faced, extremely rude and are big bullies targeting all their collective anger, insecurities and arrogance at an amazingly polite and calm Dexter. I also agreed on a recent comment on Wolfy i.e. if she loves all nature and animals, she will abstain having any meat and fish. Oops the group of girls and boys, namely Gina, Sophie, Hazel, Dexter and Dan are merely asking for just 1 fag from Wolfy to share amongst themselves. Why so selfish and so mean?? Team Dexter and Gina !!
The girls have divided into two groups. Jackie and Hazel group one, Gina leading Sophie and Wolfe group two. With jackie’s daughter somewhere in the background trying no to get involved. Lets see what happens later in the week. The bulls will lock horns! 😀
