Former Playboy playmates Kristina and Karissa Shannon have reportedly signed up to take part in the new series of Celebrity Big Brother.

According to The Sun, producers signed up the 22-year-old twins in the hope they’ll ‘steam up’ the show by flirting with The Only Way Is Essex star Kirk Norcross, who is also set to enter the house.

An ‘insider’ told the tabloid: “The girls have pledged to really sex up the Big Brother house. Kirk won’t know what has hit him. But with his ladies’ man reputation, he is sure to be tempted by our Playmates.”

The pair moved out of the Playboy mansion last January after spending two years as live-in girlfriends of Hugh Hefner. During this time they appeared on E! show Girls Of The Playboy Mansion.

They were sentenced to probation in January 2007 after being charged with aggravated assault. Karissa was later arrested on a battery charge in November 2007.
