Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is considering a ‘megabucks’ deal for Celebrity Big Brother 2012, but there are doubts over whether she can appear.
The Mirror reports that the controversial Mean Girls actress sees the show as the ‘perfect’ way to relaunch her career, and show bosses have already flown to Los Angeles to meet her and begin shooting background footage.
However, Lohan – who has been imprisoned five times – has an outstanding community service sentence to complete from her latest conviction, involving a month of cleaning a Californian morgue.
Executives are said to be doing ‘everything possible’ to persuade American courts to allow her to leave the country for the new series, which begins early next month.
An ‘insider’ told the paper: “Lindsay would be an absolutely amazing signing for us. She’s a Hollywood A-lister and everyone knows about all the trouble she’s been in. She’s a fiery character too, so there are sure to be a some major clashes with other celebs if we get her in the house.
“We want this to be the best Big Brother ever, so we hope that the courts will make a special allowance in this case. There aren’t many more controlled environments than the Big Brother house.”
Yesterday, Natasha Giggs, Natalie Cassidy and Denise Welch were all rumoured to be taking part.
I seriously doubt that the American court system is going to let Lohan out just so that she can appear on a British reality television program.

She would be a good booking but let’s not get our hopes up. Natalie Cassidy and Denise Welch seem much more likely HMs.

I believe Natasha Giggs, Natalie Cassidy and Denise Welch would go on CBB even through Natasha Giggs isnt a Celebrity as shes not a singer or actress and shes done nothing to be called a Celebrity!
