Karissa Shannon threatened to sue the producers of Celebrity Big Brother after realising the shot of her bum during ‘pantsgate’ would make it to air.
While Denise and Nicola continued to snipe at each other during their massive argument, sparked after Denise pulled down Karissa’s trousers, the Playboy twin retreated to the Diary Room to give Big Brother a piece of her mind.
“I’m the most reserved woman in the house. I’m the most classy woman in the house,” she claimed. “I don’t do that type of stuff, I don’t flash my tits, I don’t flash my ass, I feel disrespected, I feel insecure now.
“You’re gonna show my ass on TV, that’s for sure, 100%, and I’m not cool with that so I’m going to sue you guys, and my management’s not gonna be OK with this, and I know you guys roll your cameras 24 hours a day, and I know you got that shot, and you’re going to show it on TV, and I’m going to sue you for it.
“This is a serious matter, this isn’t some stupid shit. I’m pissed off.”
Her sister Kristina soon came to see how she was doing, but she continued her rant, saying: “You guys have a huge lawsuit. You guys are fucked.”
“You came out here to win. Don’t let the game beat you,” said Kristina, trying to calm Karissa down.
“You’re not gonna show my ass on national television,” she argued. “I want a signature from a producer, which I’ve been requesting, to come in here and sign something saying they’re not showing nudity of us.”
We think Karissa ought to read over her contract again…
This is news?!? She’s obviously only saying it for airtime. I think it’s more funny than anything if you ask me. In this situation, the Brits need to relax and take of some of their own advice. Simply just a cultural divide.
If I were her I’d go one step further and DEMAND my lawyer on the phone.

Actually the producers can show nudity of them if they so chose.
I haven’t seen any contracts for UK BB but the US BB contract was leaked in full and some points that favor the producers are:
*Warns of a serious invasion of privacy (while not stated this can include nudity)
*not hold producers of CBS/Endemol USA (or Channel 5/Endemol UK in this case) liable for “intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, defamation,” or other things, and understand that their own “actions and the actions of others … may expose me to public ridicule, humiliation or condemnation,” and producers can broadcast that.
She can however file a sue Denise for said actions but can not file a sue Channel 5 or production teams for what happened or for airing it in any way.
If Endemol wanted to they could create a special for Showtime in the USA and show her ass on American TV as well.
When they sign the contracts they sign their lives away but I am sure the regular version is more restrictive than the celebrity version.

It’ll be sooo funny when/if during Brian’s (Winner’s) interview he asks about this and Karissa stands up, drops her pants and says… “Brian, i did it just to see how far I could take it, just to get airtime”.
