Frankie Cocozza is the new favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother after his popularity surged from Denise Welch and Karissa Shannon’s trouser incident.
The 19-year-old – famous for being booted off the X Factor last year amid allegations of drug-taking – was seen defending the Loose Women panellist during the duo’s argument in last night’s highlights show.
Viewers praised his behaviour, with ‘Go Frankie’ trending worldwide on Twitter – and he has now become bookmakers Paddy Power’s 6/5 frontrunner in the outright betting market.
Denise has also gone from being one of the outsiders to the third favourite to win at 7/1.
Conversely, the twins are now the second least likely to leave triumphant, standing at 22/1. Only Nicola McLean – who sided with them during the row – has lengthier odds, as the 100/1 outsider.

Funny! I understand the opinions of BOTS doesnt reflect the whole British public but it’s a bit silly that people keep preaching about how they want “entertaining” housemates who will make great TV. Then choose to back the ONE person in the house trying to bring the entertainment level down last night.
If Frankie had it his way last night, there would have been no episode to watch… so i guess that means we should vote for him now, right? I mean, he did almost stop one of the most entertaining BB episode ever from happening, lets reward him for it…

IMO Frankie has done absolutely nothing these past few weeks to warrant a win, in anyway. Excited to see him walk out 3rd like Alex did last year.

I don’t even care enough to hate what C5 are doing to it anymore – though bastardising the brand with Big Brother Bingo and inflicting the voice of Marcus Bentley on other channels to promote it is unforgiveable.

I feel like pulling my hair out sometimes whenever the annoying twins are on my tv screen as they are the most annoying people on this years CBB.
Apart of me cant wait until this years CBB ends just so I dont have to watch those two annoying twins on my tv screen. But apart of me doesnt want CBB to end on friday as its my favourite show.

Same here I feel like the twins have spoil CBB for me and I think if this years CBB was on tv for longer I would of hed to switch over the channel as I couldnt stand to watch them on my tv screen any longer.
