Denise leaves Big Brother house for dental treatment

Denise Welch temporarily left the Celebrity Big Brother house last week to recieve dental treatment, The Daily Star has revealed.
After reporting a painful toothache to Big Brother, the Loose Women panellist was escorted out of the show’s compound at Elstree Studios, Hertfordshire so she could visit a nearby dentist.
The 53-year-old then had a slack crown mended before she returned to the house.
Last year, housemates Jay McKray and Heaven Afrika also left the house for medical reasons, but viewers did not find out until after the series had ended.

Is that a typo? Is it supposed to say “mental treatment”?
I never knew about Jay and Heaven leaving the BB House. Did Tom actually go to his grandad’s funeral in the end?
I hate that BB see it fit to cover these kind of things from us – so misleading. The fact that they manage to totally edit any mention of HMs exiting the House for any reason out of the main shows highlights just how little we really get to see of each day. You can bet that temporarily leaving the House would be a HUGE talking point amongst HMs.
