Eight housemates are up for the next Celebrity Big Brother eviction on Friday after the group nominated face-to-face in a twist tonight.

The celebrities were left surprised when Big Brother announced the third round of nominations would take place ‘live’, just moments after Georgia became the third person to be booted out.

Frankie collected blackboards and markers from the store room, and housemates had thirty seconds to write down the names of their two nominees. One-by-one, they then stood up and announced them to the group and explained the reasons behind their decisions.

The votes fell as follows:

• Denise – Michael, Kristina and Karissa
• Kristina and Karissa – Kirk, Natalie
• Natalie – Michael, Kristina and Karissa
• Michael – Denise, Nicola
• Romeo – Frankie, Michael
• Frankie – Kristina and Karissa, Romeo
• Kirk – Michael, Kristina and Karissa
• Nicola – Michael, Kristina and Karissa
• Gareth - Kristina and Karissa, Michael

Michael and the Twins received six votes each. All other housemates except Gareth had one each.

However, Big Brother had one further twist up his sleeve when he revealed that all the housemates who recieved at least one nomination would face the public vote, making Gareth the only person safe.

Voting lines are now open and the housemate with the least votes will be thrown out during Friday’s eviction, which will take place in TWO shows at 9.00pm and 11.00pm on Channel 5.
