Nominations Tally
Celebrity Big Brother 2017 is a comic book battle involving All Stars and New Stars – and as always, nominations are their ultimate weapon!
Usually, the housemates will each make two nominations every week, and those with the most nominations will face eviction. They are banned from discussing or influencing each others’ votes. However, judging by recent series it’s likely Big Brother will be throwing loads of twists in to the process.

Notes
- Round 1: For being ‘edited out’ by the ‘producers’ in the launch twist, Bianca, Brandon, James C, Ray J and Stacy were banned from nominating. As the only two ‘New Stars’ not to be edited out, Angie and Jamie faced a twist on Day 4, in which they each took two turns to save an edited out housemate. James C was the only one not to be saved, and therefore automatically put up for the first eviction. Eligible housemates then nominated as normal. As they entered late on Day 4, Jedward were immune from the first eviction.
- Weekend From Hell: Two ‘backdoor’ evictions took place as part of the Weekend from Hell twist. On Day 11, housemates voted Austin as the ‘most dull’ housemate; he was immediately evicted. On Day 13, housemates collectively decided to evict Jasmine. As new arrivals, Chloe, Jessica and Kim were ineligible to be evicted.
- Round 2: Housemates nominated face-to-face. As new arrivals, Chloe, Jessica and Kim were ineligible to be nominated.
- Round 3: Housemates were split in to pairs and played a prisoner’s dilemma-style game to determine who would face eviction. If one person from each pair pressed their button, their opponent would face eviction. If both pressed, the person who pressed quickest would be safe, and their opponent would face eviction. If neither pressed, both were safe from eviction.
- Eternal Immunity & Nomination: On Day 18, each housemate cast one vote for who they wanted to receive ‘eternal immunity’. James C won the immunity, which meant he wouldn’t face the public vote again until the final vote to win. In exchange for his prize, James had to give one housemate an ‘eternal nomination’, meaning they’d automatically face every public vote for the rest of the series: he chose Speidi.
- Round 4: Everyone who received a nomination faced eviction. In addition, Big Brother played the nominations back to the housemates.
- Round 5: Each housemate had to pick one of ten playing cards. If their card said ‘nominate’, they had to choose one person to automatically face eviction. If their card said ‘safe’, they had to choose one housemate who had not already been nominated to receive immunity. If their card was a joker, they received no power. A double eviction took place on Day 25.
- Round 6: Housemates nominated face-to-face.
