Katie Price got her big break as a glamour model in 1996, becoming one of The Sun’s many Page 3 girls. Adopting the pseudonym ‘Jordan’, she went on to appear in publications such as The Daily Star FHM, Nuts and Loaded. In 2002, she became a cover girl for the American version of Playboy.
Her love life soon became fodder for the tabloid media, with her list of boyfriends said to include Dwight Yorke, Dane Bowers and Gareth Gates. In 2004, she signed up to take part in ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, where she begun a relationship with fellow contestant Peter Andre.
The pair married, and went on to film several reality series for ITV2, including When Jordan Met Peter and Katie & Peter: The Next Chapter. However, their romance later crumbled and they divorced in late 2009.
Shortly afterwards, Price returned to the I’m A Celebrity jungle for its ninth run – but she quit one week in after viewers voted for her to face six of the gruelling Bushtucker Trial challenges consecutively.
In 2010, she married cage fighter Alex Reid – just after he won the seventh series of Celebrity Big Brother, which also starred Bowers. They separated a year later.
In 2011, Price signed an exclusive deal with Sky Living. The channel aired two series of her solo reality venture Katie, as well as Signed By Katie Price, which offered hopefuls a chance to sign to her management company Blacksheep. The talent contest featured the first TV appearances of Jay McKray and Rylan Clark, who both became Big Brother housemates.
Since early 2013, Price – who has four children – has been married to stripper Kieran Hayler. Their relationship hit a rocky patch last year when it was alleged that he’d cheated on her with her best friend.
The 36-year-old has released five ghostwritten autobiographies and launched several business ventures, including a string of children’s books, three perfumes, and her clothing line KP Equestrian.
Price hopes that Celebrity Big Brother will show viewers the real her – “not the version that a section of the press like to invent” – but she’s well aware that it won’t be like any of her own reality shows: “I’ve never been in the house before and I’m sure it’s not easy, so who knows what will happen?”

Congrats & well done Pricey after the year you’ve had. A little word of advice though…choose your friends from the BB house wisely. Hope you keep in touch with Keith, Nadia, Perez, Alex, Patsy & Alicia. The others did indeed stabbed you in the back unfortunately and as you said you need loyalty in your life. As for the husband, sadly I dont think he’s right for you. You need some perspective & time alone (i.e., without a partner) to heal emotionally from your many relationships…to figure out who you are & what you truly deserve in your partner (i.e, respect, loyalty & commitment)….sex is not everything although its important…so focus less on it & more on choosing your partner wisely.

I agree well done to Kate for winning CBB. It’s a pity that some people are spoiling it for Katie P by being so negative about her winning.
It’s not like she’s nasty and she doesn’t deserve the negative comments.
My advice to Katie P is ignore the negative and mostly nasty comments and be proud that she won and that good wins in the end.
Let those being negative carry on being negative as at the end of the day she won so they need to get over it. lol
I would rather Katie P who is kind win CBB instead of Katie H who is so negative and says nasty comments to other housemates.
Kind and entertaining or kind but not entertaining people should win CBB instead of people who aren’t kind and say nasty comments.
If Katie H won CBB that would be rewarding her for saying nasty comments to others, it would encourage her to say more nasty comments and make her think what she’s doing is OK.
No doubt I would get replies from her haters and get nasty comments but I will ignore them. 🙂
