Lauren Goodger is famous for starring in ITV2 BAFTA Award-winning reality show The Only Way Is Essex from 2010 until 2012 throughout its first six series.
During its first two runs, Lauren’s stormy off and on relationship with her then boyfriend/former fiancé, Mark Wright, took the spotlight. Their relationship finally came to an end in the series two finale in 2011, when Lauren dumped Mark.
It has recently claimed that a sex tape involving Lauren had been leaked. The six-second clip reportedly shows her performing an intimate act on her now ex-boyfriend.
In January 2013, Lauren took part in series eight of ITV’s Dancing On Ice, finishing eleventh after being eliminated in week two. Lauren published an autobiography in 2013 called Secrets of an Essex Girl.

I don’t think she is fat, or unattractive, but she is totally vacant. Even when trying to address Frenchy she couldn’t string a properly formed sentence together.
I don’t think she is nasty either, just terribly insecure and just resorts to the archetypal Essex girl behaviour. Its a shame because really this could have been her opportunity t change peoples perceptions unfortunately she has only reinforced them.
Today I was asked at my local clinic who I would aspire to be like because I am suffering with depression and I said Lauren because she puts up with lots of hate and I would love to be like that
Don’t misunderstand me, I don’t hate Lauren, I don’t even dislike her, but I think she has wasted an opportunity to show a different side to the Essex girl persona. Peeing in swimming pools and getting your boobs out doesn’t help her at all.
I am sure she is a lovely girl and perhaps struggling with the Mark Wright Michelle Keegan romance but…. She could have shown better characteristics to show us that she can rise above the Essex girl/party girl cliché.
I hope she does keep away from from Ricci he will hinder her career far more than help it.

Personally don’t like shows like Towie or GS so I did have a picture already painted of Lauren which was wrong of me. I have warmed more and more to this girl who seems lovely and down to earth. I also like the fact how even though she had a small issue with Gary she was able to discuss it with him in a calm polite manor and without a audience. Definitely one of my top four.
also feel a bit sorry for her having ricci rat features drooling all over her. I don’t think she’s mislead him at all. The other sly hm’s insist she put him straight :conf: 1 I don’t think she has anything to set straight 2 it has nothing to do with NO one else in there and 3 if she was to turn around and say eff off rat features and take your crooked sniffer with you, then she would have half the house and public against her. I feel sorry for the poor girl.

Lauren’s definitely got James sussed now despite appearing to forgive him for his comments about her in the secret writing task. I don’t think she’s anyone’s fool but she is also a nice person and the only one who is considerate to Gary.
I really love Lauren she is being nice to Gary if he pushes her about she doesn’t shout like James, Dee or Stephanie did she puts it nicely lovely girl xx

Last night noticed Lauren,in conversation with George said, the way some people speak to Gary is out of line.

she does deserve a lot of our support for the fact she is one of only 2 hm’s that has shown any decency and humanity towards Gary.

I agree. Ricci then went into the garden to bitch about Lauren by saying he has always been there for her and defended her :conf: where was he when she was arguing with James. He’s a hypocrite. Lauren was a 100% spot on with what she said to ricci. I’m glad other people picked up on it @Janicer
I think deep down Lauren has a good heart.
Both her & Audley are the only ones to show Garry patience & understanding.
Sure she gets silly when she’s had a few, don’t we all, proves she’s human.
Also, having to put up with Ricci the retard slobbering all over you for three weeks, she deserves a medal.
I honestly didn’t know who she was before this series but I like her a lot, along with Audley & Gary.
