Edele Lynch is a singer-songwriter, best known as one quarter of Irish girl group B*Witched, of which her twin sister Keavy is also a member. She is also the younger sister of Boyzone’s Shane.
B*Witched were initially active between 1998 and 2002, before reforming in 2012 for the ITV2 show The Big Reunion, which saw faded groups of stars reunite and perform their old material at a number of concerts.
The band achieved success in both Europe and the US, with eight Top 20 singles and four number ones during their four-year period of stardom. They toured America performing alongside “NSYNC and Britney Spears.
Being an all girl band without shared lead vocals caused tension within the group, and also contributed to their breaking up.
The fallout between Edele and fellow member Sinead, who had been best friends for 10 years, caused both Keavy and Edele to cut ties with her and split from the band.
After the disbandment, Edele joined the songwriting/production team Xenomania, where she co-wrote “Some Kind of Miracle” for Girls Aloud’s debut album, and “Buster”, “Situation’s Heavy” and “Twisted” for the Sugababes’ third album.
Edele met husband Michael Barrett in 2005 after being setup on a blind date, and got married a year later. They have three children together.

How rude and vile Edele can be, just like her bullying housemates. The house has shown us what type of person she really is, to peoples faces mainly Gary she smiles and apologises and then out of ear shot to Gary slyly calls him. I hope she looks at how she has acted in the house when she gets out. We have had the tears from her, valid or purposely make your own mind up, but she should have a really good talk to herself when she gets out , her actions in her life may be why her private life is in pieces.
