Carol McGiffin, Courtney Stodden and Ron Atkinson are in danger of facing the first eviction of Celebrity Big Brother summer 2013 after they fell foul of the Cult of Celebrity.
As the first three housemates to enter the house, last night Louie Spence, Lauren Harries and Sophie Anderton became members of Big Brother’s secret cult in the series launch twist.
They were told they’d spend their first 24 hours living in secret in the Cult’s Temple, where they can watch a live feed of the main house. However, they were also informed that they’d face the tough decision of choosing one of the other housemates to automatically face eviction.
After just a couple of hours watching the rest of the group get to know each other, last night the trio took part in the ‘Ceremony of Judgement’, in which they each put forward a candidate to become their nominee.
Louie chose Ron, explaining: “For the very small part that we’ve viewed I don’t believe me and Ron are going to have a huge amount in common. I don’t know much about football.
Sophie then picked Courtney, saying: “I don’t have much in common with her. She’s 18 years old, I kind of don’t understand where she’s coming from or why she’s doing this show. She seems a sweet girl, it’s nothing personal, but I don’t know her.”
Finally, Lauren targeted Carol: “I think she’s really miserable. I don’t think she’s that forthright and I don’t think we’re gonna get on together, we haven’t got on together in the past.”
In tonight’s live special at 9.00pm on Channel 5, Louie, Lauren and Sophie’s presence will be revealed to the main house, before they secretly decide which of their three nomination candidates will be put in the firing line.
