Comedian Jim Davidson has spoken of a ‘gay’ experience he once had, three days before he’s expected to enter Celebrity Big Brother 2013.
The 58-year-old was booted off ITV cooking competition Hell’s Kitchen in 2007 after an outburst at fellow contestant Brian Dowling, in which he labelled him a ‘shirtlifter’ and a ‘poof’.
But with the pair set to reunite on screen outside the Big Brother house this Thursday for an entry interview, Jim revealed his ‘secret’ to The Daily Star in the hope that viewers will give him a second chance.
Jim, who denies being anti-gay, explained: “I was in Berlin with my bodyguard and we pulled a couple of girls in a bar. I sneaked out the back of this bar and she gave me oral sex.
“Afterwards my minder asked me if I’d noticed anything funny about her. I said: ‘Big feet.’ And he said: ‘Adam’s apple, too.’ It was a fella!”
Former Generation Game host Jim added that he hopes viewers will see the real him on the show. “People who know me know I am not homophobic,” he insisted. “I say the odd thing that seems to upset people without me realising it.”
Jim is widely expected to be sharing the house with former Rylan Clark, who was notorious for his camp performances on The X Factor earlier this year.
