Celebrity Big Brother 2013 housemate Paula Hamilton has been moved from the basement to the luxury main house on doctor’s advice after becoming unwell.
In last night’s launch twist, Frankie Dettori and Rylan Clark split the line-up in to two groups, with half moving down to the cramped basement to live in squalid conditions.
The pair chose to banish Paula over Tricia Penrose, and the model was later joined by Ryan Moloney, Sam Robertson, Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
However, early this morning – having spent only a few hours in the secret room – Paula was taken ill and, after she was checked over by medics, they advised producers to move her ‘upstairs’.
Rylan was first to greet the 51-year-old, exclaiming: “I can’t believe you’re here. It’s brilliant!”
Paula has proved a controversial choice for the new series after she was rejected from a previous Channel 4 edition for failing the mandatory psychological tests.
A further twist is set to take place in a live show tonight on Channel 5, in which more of the celebrities are expected to move between the two sides.
What a cop out. It’s not a real basement, it’s a bloody film studio.
