Hughie is from a strict Irish traveller background and has lived on and off traveller sites all his life. He currently lives on a site with his parents and younger sister.

Hughie to win this damn show, he’s the only genuine and real housemate and speaks nothing but honesty and truth. His rants give me life :heart: and I just love this guy so muchhhh! I’ve never had a fave so early on and I’m proud to say I admire and respect this dude so much.He’s not afraid to tell his story and be individual whereas the rest are just fakes, snakes and fame hungry twats. I think Hughie is a genuine guy and I really like him. I think he’s fed up of Andy going around the house causing trouble. Andy hears a comment manipulates it then goes behind there back. He’s like the little **** stirrer in the school play ground. Also Andy thinks he above everyone else with his ” superior intellect “. Hughie is humble and very entertaining. I don’t think he’s a bully he’s just fed up of Andy!
Hughie can not understand why Andy was saved, so he has decided to follow Andy around and keep repeating the ‘liar, snake, stirrer’ line until the Great British Public come to our senses. This is not ‘nice guy’ behaviour. So sad. No longer the lovable free spirit.

Hughie is not a con man! Yes he would have taken the 20k but what he was saying he didn’t like the fact that Alex and Jackson had said it was immoral to take money out of someone’s pocket but they took the 10k? Hughie was saying how hypocritical they were, he wasn’t upset the fact they had taken money. I completely agree with Hughie. He wasn’t attacking anyone he was making a point standing up for what the housemates were thinking as well! Also lets be honest they all have there faults in there this year and I believe Hughie has been the most entertaining housemate this year and has been very genuine which is what most of the housemates have said when they’ve come out of the Big Brother house.
Hughie also has a very respectable Job helping and dealing with young people who have various problems including things like mental illness and children with problems at home. Respect to Hughie! :up:. If anyone deserves that money it’s Hughie not Jason who stabbed lateysha in the back and drives Aston Martin , not Alex who does modelling and not Jackson because he pulls tantrum when doesn’t get his way!!!
I think he is a good hearted person, a tad naive which makes him endearing.
