Chris wants to be an actor but is currently between jobs – he enjoys the ‘gypsy lifestyle of acting’ and has never worked a 9-5 job because he ‘just couldn’t’. He is also a skilled artist – selling works of art drawn in biro – and lists his main passions as music, movies, ideas, girls, individuality, creativity, honesty and respect.
The 33-year-old feels that his parents have taught him how to be polite to others at all times: ‘I’m trying to wean myself of this a bit because now I am obsessively polite –if someone punched me in the face and they got blood on their knuckles I’d apologise for making their hands dirty’. He is also quick and witty with a dry sense of humour, claiming: ‘I don’t see class, I just see d**kheads or not d**kheads’.
When asked if he would choose money or love, Chris said: ‘I’d rather have money right now, I’ve got love but I don’t feel independent enough to say I love myself.’ His best personality trait is that if he has bonded with someone, he will ‘love them unconditionally forever – friends and relationships’. He explains his worst personality trait as: ‘I’ll see a sunny day and say yeah but it’s going to rain in a minute’.
Chris is definitely not looking for love in the Big Brother house. He laughed: ‘I never fancied anyone who’s been on BB anyway. That is my worst nightmare.’
He gets on best with intelligent people, as ‘willing stupidity is worse than natural stupidity’. He has a big group of friends, he’s ‘trying to reduce it’.
Chris wants to do Big Brother for the ‘free rent’, ‘to lose weight’ and because he ‘can’t afford therapy’ – but insists he’s not doing the show to further his acting career: ‘I will walk through any open door right now just to check out the scenery.’
He adds that he would resent having to participate in tasks – saying his pride would get in the way, and he hates team bonding games – but thinks he would be brilliant at secret missions.

I don’t think Chris is a bad guy but he had no business having a word with PAV about allegedly staring at Ashleigh – very unfair .
Chris is not her minder and yes I agree Chris may have had a rotten time earlier on but doesn’t justify his not so nice treatment to PAV…..just saying.
Be interesting to hear what questions are put to Helen later on .

Actually it was Ash that called Pav a p…. Once again editing that was faulty, whether by design or not remains to be seen!!

If Chris was a woman, he would be going this week for sure. Such a shame people are going to vote out Zoe over one comment but Chris can be as fake and horrible as he likes because he’s Asleigh’s ‘best friend’. The public want Zoe and Pav out because they are clinging on to the Chris and Ashleigh that they saw at the beginning instead of what type of person they have become. Ashleigh is a very sweet girl but does tend to change her mind about people very quickly…and Chris just isn’t nice and sweet anymore, he’s fake with Helen and was fake with Steven. I don’t know why that entire new group hasn’t been punished for orchestrating nominations so that they all nominated Zoe and Pav.
I THINK BIG BROTHER SHOULD DOCUMENT EVERY HOUSEMATES CONVERSATION INTO PRINT ON THEIR WEBSITE so everyone can see exactly whats been said then no one will get their knickers in a twist and get information wrong about whats been said

Poor bugger. I feel for him. He has just never quite settled, I think, and struggles to decide where his place is – probably in the world as much as in the house. I think like anybody who has a character like his, he genuinely wants the best for people, genuinely wants to see the best in people, and yet when it gets too much, he does his little rant, which to us probably doesn’t tally with the other things we see. And yet I think that once he says these things, he feels utterly guilty about it because he doesn’t want to think badly of people. It’s only because we’ve become so desensitised to all the bitching from others, that it highlights people like Chris all the more.
I guess I have a soft spot for awkward and shy souls who are struggling to find their way in the world. I’m daft like that. 😉

chris behaves like some possessive boyfriend – ashleigh doesnt need looking after she can hold her own and she certainly isnt bothered /// poor pav didnt even have those intentions to look at ashleigh like this he admitted it in diary room that he now doesnt know where or who to look at.

@Moona Well, as they all say, we only see a bit of what happens. Who would have said at the start that Helen had real issues with confidence, and yet she does. So there is a multitude of characteristics we don’t see, and maybe Ashley does have a paranoid side to her. Who knows? We don’t. And also maybe, just maybe, he gets things wrong! Maybe he made a bad decision. Like everybody else.
I’ll leave you be with all the ‘psycho’/ ‘creep’ stuff. I’m not into the whole name-calling thing.

Haha not sure that he is creepy, if he didn’t look like Eddie Munster, but instead like Johnny Depp , doubt many people would call him creepy.
Must admit some of his behaviour has raised a eyebrow, but unsure how it will pan out with him.
I haven’t been disturbed by anything that Chris has done, to be honest. I’m disturbed by bullying. I’m disturbed by how rapidly people form opinions of each other. But no, I’m not disturbed by things that aren’t disturbing in the grand scheme of things.
