Chris wants to be an actor but is currently between jobs – he enjoys the ‘gypsy lifestyle of acting’ and has never worked a 9-5 job because he ‘just couldn’t’. He is also a skilled artist – selling works of art drawn in biro – and lists his main passions as music, movies, ideas, girls, individuality, creativity, honesty and respect.
The 33-year-old feels that his parents have taught him how to be polite to others at all times: ‘I’m trying to wean myself of this a bit because now I am obsessively polite –if someone punched me in the face and they got blood on their knuckles I’d apologise for making their hands dirty’. He is also quick and witty with a dry sense of humour, claiming: ‘I don’t see class, I just see d**kheads or not d**kheads’.
When asked if he would choose money or love, Chris said: ‘I’d rather have money right now, I’ve got love but I don’t feel independent enough to say I love myself.’ His best personality trait is that if he has bonded with someone, he will ‘love them unconditionally forever – friends and relationships’. He explains his worst personality trait as: ‘I’ll see a sunny day and say yeah but it’s going to rain in a minute’.
Chris is definitely not looking for love in the Big Brother house. He laughed: ‘I never fancied anyone who’s been on BB anyway. That is my worst nightmare.’
He gets on best with intelligent people, as ‘willing stupidity is worse than natural stupidity’. He has a big group of friends, he’s ‘trying to reduce it’.
Chris wants to do Big Brother for the ‘free rent’, ‘to lose weight’ and because he ‘can’t afford therapy’ – but insists he’s not doing the show to further his acting career: ‘I will walk through any open door right now just to check out the scenery.’
He adds that he would resent having to participate in tasks – saying his pride would get in the way, and he hates team bonding games – but thinks he would be brilliant at secret missions.

YOU NEED TO REMEMBER – chris was told along with mark and ashleigh when they were the power alliance by Daneille “be careful of Pav ashleigh he is infatuated with you” this made ashleigh say “that makes me uncomfortable” this is where this stems from. When the power alliance was revealed mark along with the others told the other housemates what was said. With that being said of course they will look to see if they can match the accusation with any action Pav makes and if you are looking to see if someone is looking at you OF COURSE THEY WILL APPEAR TO BE LOOKING BACK. This is where this paranoia has come from (outside influence from evicted HM’s). BB is edited in a way to make some look bad and only some look good and as we have seen this week it’s Chris’s turn to be targeted and Helen is getting the “oh she is softening and has been on the biggest journey” very very predictable. They (BB) want Chris out or Pav out they do not want Zoe out even though Zoe made a very CONDESCENDING REMARK about Tesco WORKERS. BB only SHOWED THAT REMARK ONCE AND IT WAS CUT FROM ALL OTHER SHOWINGS. They are hoping it is forgotten but it is NOT FORGOTTEN. This is a series where they(BB) have manipulated the game from the start they tried to turn public opinion on Ashleigh but it backfired let it happen again with Chris DO NOT LET THEM MANIPULATE US AGAIN. GET ZOE OUT !! PAV SHOULD NOT BE VOTED OUT BEFORE ASH. And we can make that happen if enough people get on social media and discussion sites to give the reasons why. If we continue to do this BB cannot get their way and have the finalists and winner they have chosen only we CAN DO THAT. They cannot rig the vote and if they do it will be found out as evidence has to be published to corroborate the results of any vote that is the law.
Chris fancies Ashleigh, it’s so obvious. You can tell by they way he acts with her…It’s not overt flirting but the way he laughs at everything she says and the way he looks at her when she’s talking to him.. It’s all v subtle but believe me he really likes her, will never admit it tho because she has a bfriend, but the reason he said what he did to Pav was because he was angry that another bloke was looking at her….

Just remember Jale decided she didn’t like Chris when she realised what he was really about. And she warned him re his “closeness” to young Ashleigh.
Chris is the real game player. I’ve neva seen such a vile person and twisted. Chris is the one they shud be weary of . He says pav is looking at Ashleigh that way but wat was he doin with her. Him and Ashleigh are making housemates turn against another. Chris is a snake so im voting him out. :doh: :down:
@free Chris should be able to make his own judgement on people and not be so heavily influenced by what the ex-housemates (all jealous that they have been evicted I might add) have to say.
By all means, take their comments on-board, but do not be swayed completely by them. Like he said about Danielle’s past when Bianca was dropping revelations like grenades all over the house: “I’ll judge her by how I have seen her behave in here, NOT by what other people say about her.”
I am a fan of Chris’ but I will not back him up when he is clearly in the wrong.
The way he has treated Pav this last few days is reminiscent of how he himself was treated during the first few days when Pauline was telling everyone about his VT. He should know better.
@John Kane I agree completely. I also find myself remembering the comment Chris made about Jale suddenly ‘acting up to be with the cool kids’ and fear he is starting to subconsciously go this way too. I think he is uncomfortable with change and is therefore feeling an allegiance with original HM at the detriment of Pav. Zoe is more open so is less of a threat opposed to Pav who needs some thought to understand, Chris is just thinking too much! However, his behaviour is unacceptable at the moment – hopefully if Zoe goes and Pav gets some cheers, Chris will feel a little less defensive and calm down a bit.
I agree with most comments here. I used to like him but over the last 2 weeks he’s completely irritated me. Between being totally up Helens ass and at times totally inappropriate round ashley, he now has the nerve to accuse Pav of looking at her. I’m so annoyed even looking at what he’s coming off with while Pav says he wants to be friends with him. You don’t Pav. He’s a creep and the only reason he said that tonight is purely because of jealousy. YOUR 33 YOU CREEP. Get him the hell out. I’m so upset by what he’s done on that episode. Totally disgusting.
In hindsight to my last comment I was in the middle of watching it so rushed and can’t delete it and rewrite which is annoying. I don’t dislike chris. I find his behaviour lately very strange and that episode incredibly hypocritical given his relationship with ashley himself. I definitely believe he’s had a game plan. However I should check comments before I say them and went over bored on that one.

PAV is a lovely chap, civilised, polite, never gossips or backbites or critises……… pav handled creepy chris very well. Pav is strong confident intelligent good looking young man …… Chris is weak feeble insecure and definately feels threatened by Pav

The reason (I think) Bianca warned the alliance that Pav was obsessed with Ashleigh is because when Bianca and Zoe wanted to evict Ashleigh Pav strenuously fought for her, which was nice of him, but what did Zoe and Bianca see or hear that we didn’t?
Also it’s strange that as soon as Chris becomes popular and a fav to win, BB start to edit him in the worst light possible,.
They have done this on other shows, but never so blatantly.
Maybe Chris is being over protective, but I’m convinced it’s out of friendship. My reasoning is that Chris is an intelligent, astute man and he knows full well that even if Ashleigh didn’t have a boyfriend, a girl like her would never see him as anything other than a friend.
Please give Chris a chance. Pav may or may not be a good guy, it’s too early to tell. But Chris has endured so many weeks of crap attitude from Pauline, Helen and followers and he’s always there for anyone who’s unhappy.
I’ve liked Chris from the start and I see no reason to change my opinion now.
